Ingredients

  • 1 14.5 oz. Contadina® Diced Tomatoes
  • 10 oz. rotelle dried
  • 6 oz. artichoke hearts quartered, undrained
  • 3-1/4 oz. ripe olive pitted, drained and quartered
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup green onion sliced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp. basil dried and crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

1. COOK pasta according to package directions; drain and chill.

2. COMBINE pasta, undrained tomatoes, artichokes and marinade, olives, vinegar, onion, cheese, basil, salt and pepper in large bowl; toss well.

3. CHILL 1 to 2 hours.
