Pasta Salad Roma

Ingredients

  • 1 14.5 oz. Contadina® Stewed Tomatoes with Onions, Celery, & Green Peppers
  • 4 cups shell pasta dried
  • 6 oz. artichokes undrained
  • 1/2 cup ripe olives pitted
  • 1/4 cup green onion sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh basil chopped, or dried basil, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh oregano chopped, or 2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper; red pepper flakes crushed

Directions

1. COOK pasta according to package directions; drain.
2. COMBINE pasta with all remaining ingredients in large bowl. Toss to coat well. Chill 2 hours before serving.
