Italian Herb Meat Sauce

- 1 can (28 oz.) Contadina® Crushed Tomatoes with Italian Herbs
- can (6 oz.) Contadina® Tomato Paste
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms, optional
- 1 tsp. sugar
- hot cooked pasta, optional
1. Sauté meat, onion and mushrooms in large saucepan, 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Add crushed tomatoes, paste and sugar.
2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot cooked pasta, if desired.
